These are not restoration phases. They are considered acts of stewardship — keeping the building safe, stable, and intact while the resources for a full restoration are assembled.

A full structural and condition survey to establish priorities and inform the conservation management plan.

Roof & Envelope
Repair and replacement of failing roof sections, rainwater goods, and external masonry to make the building weathertight.

Interior Conservation
Conservation of surviving original features — plasterwork, joinery, ironwork, stained glass — using traditional materials and methods.
